Early Registration deadline

Deadline for early registration will be September 15, 2013 at 23:59 CET. Authors of accepted technical contributions must register by September 15 in order to be granted with a slot in the technical program.

Please use the registration form for registering to the conference.

Fees

The fees are as follows:

1)  125,00 € plus VAT (21%) for members of the MC of COST Action IC0902,
2)  250,00 € plus VAT (21%) for non MC participants until September 15 (Early registration). Authors of accepted technical contributions must register by September 15 in order to be granted with a slot in the technical program.
3)  350,00 € plus VAT (21%) after September 15 (Late Registration). ATTENTION: It will not be possible to register online after September 30. On site registration during the event will be only possible in cash. 

 4) 75,00 €  for PhD Students from Sapienza University (plus 50,00 € for the participation to the social event and gala dinner on October 10).

The registration fee covers:

1. Participation in technical sessions;
2. Number 3 lunches and 5 coffee breaks;
3. Welcome cocktail on October 9;
4. Social event and gala dinner on October 10.
