SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

All submitted papers will be subject to peer review. Papers should describe original and unpublished work on the topics of the conference. Prospective authors should prepare a full paper, written in English, not exceeding 5 double-column pages and must submit it electronically.

Authors are required to submit by February 28, 2005 a preliminary manuscript in English, not exceeding 5 double-column pages. The format and style of the preliminary manuscript should have the character of a final paper and must include figures, tables, and references. In particular, submitted manuscripts must comply with the following specifications:

  • Paper Size: A4

  • Paper Length: Maximum 5 pages, including figures, tables, and references

  • Paper formatting: single spaced, 9pt font or larger

  • Margins: Top: 25mm, Bottom: 25mm, Left & Right: 19mm

  • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file

  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file

Paper submission will be handled electronically. Authors must submit the paper in *.PDF (Adobe) format via email at: neuwb2@newyork.ing.uniroma1.it

Please send the file named with the following rule: "last name of the first author"_neuwb2.PDF. Example: Guglielmo Marconi and Reginald Fessenden, "The Spark Gap transmitter and its applications", submitted to the Second International Workshop Networking with UWB. Name of the file: Marconi_neuwb2.PDF.

Submission implies that at least one of the authors will participate in the workshop if the paper is accepted, and present the work.

All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the workshop. Selected papers will be considered for publication in the Journal of Mobile Networks and Applications (MONET), published by Springer US. [See the Call For Papers]
