The Management Committee of COST Action IC0902 solicits submissions for the 2^nd International Workshop of COST Action IC0902 to be held in Castelldefels  and   Barcelona city, Spain, October 5–7 2011. The goal of the Workshop is to favour the exchange of new ideas on the topics of cognitive radio and networks  addressed  by IC0902 Working Groups and Special Interest Groups, as well as to broaden participation to the IC0902 Action research activities. Contributions presenting early results and work-in-progress on all topics relevant to the COST IC0902 Action are welcome, and submissions by young researchers are strongly encouraged. Contributors are expected to present their work during one of the WG/SIG sessions that will be held within the IC0902 Action Workshop
